Who Is Behind The Site?
The Garms Family is an LCMS family who owns and operates The Gospel Gym as well as performing across the USA as an acoustic Christian band. Called to encourage people everywhere with the hope of the gospel, they see this singles ministry as their latest venture in growing the church. They are hosting two singles events at their Wisconsin event center and started this outreach to help connect LCMS singles.

Reverend Daniel Pfaffe, M.Div. has 35 years of pastoral experience and a heart for people and pure doctrine. Confessional, caring, and beloved, he currently serves three parishes (St. John's of Durand, Immanuel of Plum City, and St. Paul's of Canton) and lives in Durand, WI.
Pastor Pfaffe is the author of The Family's Man: Devotions for Men Who Love Their Families (Concordia Publishing House) and leads the Bible Study for the Lutheran Singles Get-Together at The Gospel Gym.
